Elevate your function, whether it be a quaint birthday, an intimate engagement or a corporate event.  Our stylish venue is the perfect setting for a variety of events from birthdays & wedding to business launches, campaign galas & fundraisers.  Situated in prestigious south Lakeland, our space provides the perfect backdrop for your event. Unlike other vacation rentals, we allow small events as well as having the accommodations available for overnight guests, making the Lakeland Manor House an all-inclusive event and accommodation hub.

Discover Opal Oaks

Opal Oaks offers a warm and inviting space for your next event. Our Banquet Hall, which accommodates up to 48 seated guests, comes fully equipped with farmhouse banquet tables, elegant brown Chiavari chairs, a bar, a portable champagne wall, a media TV, and your choice of a Selfie Wall.

When you book the Banquet Hall, you'll also have exclusive access to the entire indoor first floor of the Manor House, including the Game Room with billiards and the Lounge.

While we provide a list of recommended vendors, you're welcome to choose your own. Please note that only licensed food vendors and kitchen managers are allowed to use our gourmet Chef's gas range for on-site catering.

Please be aware that the Banquet Hall rental does not include access to the pool deck.

Banquet Hall

100-250/Hr

Seating for 48, One restroom.

What's Included: 7 Farmhouse tables, brown chiavari chairs, Bar, Portable Champagne Wall, Choice of Backdrops. Use of shared spaces: Welcoming Lobby, Game Room & Lounge. Use of Media Cart.

Pool Deck

150-300/Hr

One restroom.

What's Included: Use of patio tables, Outdoor kitchen.


Elite Venue

200-500/Hr

Includes both the Banquet Hall & Pool Deck.  

Please Note: Out of respect for our guests and neighbors, the Lakeland Manor House guests must observe a Quiet Time of 10pm-8am. Additionally, all Events will require Event Insurance. While the kitchen is available to use for buffets & refrigerator space, only licensed chefs may use the gas stove. Setup & Cleanup must be done during paid hours. A refundable deposit of $300 is due for all events & will be applied to cleaning costs, if incurred. A non-refundable deposit of $500 or 50% (for Events under $1000) is required to reserve the date. 50% is due 60 days prior to event & the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the date of event.
